DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Company Nurse
  1. Promote better health among employees thru Wellness Programs.
  2. Administer first aid treatment and proper medication to injured and illed employees at the workplace or outside the company premises during company events/ activities.
  3. Administer vaccination activities handled/ sponsored by the company.
  4. Handle blood donation activities handled/ sponsored by the company.
  5. Help illed employees to recover fast and return to work by giving health information and will monitor and document the employees health progress.
  6. Visit reportedly illed or injured employees either at home or hospital if confined.
  7. Assist employees from the workplace to the hospital in times of emergency.
  8. Handle the Health Insurance of the company from coverage/contract monitoring, membership, premium payment, availment assistance, information dissemination and orientation.
  9. Manage and maintain the employee health data/records as a result of Annual Physical Examination and Executive Check-Up.
  10. Will present a detailed quarterly report of employees health status thru utilization reports that can be generated from HMO company.
  11. Will collect and evaluate submitted sick leave and medical certificates of employees.
  12. Maintains medical supplies inventory.
  13. Share knowledge on various preventive measures as speaker on wellness talks.
  14. Maintaines the cleanliness and orderliness, so as operation of the company clinic and lactation room.
  15. Implement the clinic guidelines and lactation room guidelines.
  16. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

 

HR Assistant
  1. Assist other HR Sections as needed, except confidential records that has linked to employee salary.
  2. Assist in each company activity, especially in completing logistic requirements.
  3. Handles DOLE requirements as part of compliance in relation to employee wellness, which includes policies, activities and programs and materials that needs to be cascade or posted within the company premises.
  4. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
EXPERIENCE:
Has experience in an industrial set up for at least two (2) years.
Has knowledge on HMO.
