DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
RECRUITMENT:
-
Maintain organization staff by establishing recruiting testing, interviewing and selection programs; counsel managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommend changes, if needed.

Implement recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.

Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.

Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.

Handle the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.

Initiates improvements on talent development or talent retention.

Develop college/ universities recruiting programs and participate in employment events, such as career fairs.

Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruitment monitoring system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.

Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.

Handle pre-employment requirements, on –boarding requirements and exit employment requirements.

Monitor company attrition rate and fill rate.
COMPENSATION-BENEFITS:

Monitors the administration of salaries and benefits of all employees.

Handles compliance and maintain a thorough knowledge in statutory and regulatory requirements (DOLE, etc.)

Reviews policies for equity and consistency with standards and practices.

Implement salary classification and compensation programs.

Monitors competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure.
-
Participate in salary, benefits and market surveys to determine competitive pay rates and benefits among Energy Companies based on desired market positioning and total rewards strategy.

Research and analyze emerging trends, legal issues and best practices in compensation and benefits.

Administer employee life insurance.

Advise managers and employees on employment regulations, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification programs.

Coordinate with government agencies that deal with employees’ statutory benefits.

Implement Performance Management System and recommend improvements.

Schedule performance feedback for management conferences with employees.
-
Ensure the maintenance of employee database for management reporting.
-
Maintain the 201 files and all HR records.

Perform other assigned tasks or related work as required and as assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Graduate of Psychology/ Human Resources Management/ Business Administration/ Social Science or equivalent.
Licensed Psychometrician or Psychologist is an advantage – knows how to conduct and interpret industrial psychological tests and conduct behavioral interviewing techniques.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in the same role is an advantage
Experience in negotiating with employees and external vendors
Has background or knowledge in government statutory benefits
Writing business correspondence.
Handled Job fairs/expos at big universities/ campuses.
