Job Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) serves as a strategic partner to the President and CEO, providing high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure the executive office runs efficiently. The role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment—particularly within a fast-paced power and energy company. The EA also liaises with senior leaders, government agencies, and external stakeholders, as needed, on behalf of the President and CEO.
Duties and Responsibilities
50% Executive Support and Calendar Management
- Manage the President and CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Screen, prioritize, and prepare responses to communications and requests for the President and CEO.
- Ensure the President and CEO is well-prepared for meetings, presentations, and speaking engagements.
- Organize and support executive-level meetings, board sessions, investor engagements, and government-facing events.
30% Travel and Logistics Management
- Coordinate local and international travel, hotel bookings, itinerary planning, and logistical requirements.
- Prepare travel briefings and ensure seamless execution of engagements.
- Process travel-related reimbursements and documentation.
20% Special Projects and Assignments
- Assist the President and CEO with high-priority activities and sensitive matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Education, Training, and Licenses Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications
- At least 3-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Strong command of professional written and oral English and Filipino

- Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity.
