HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSSE) POLICY

FDC Misamis Power Corporation (FDC Misamis), in delivering electricity to spur development in the Philippines, is committed to operate its business in a manner that does not harm the people, and with the least effects to the communities and the environment.

Governance:

The management provides guidelines, ensuring business’ stewardship objectives are aligned with the legal and regulatory requirements. It collaborates with its employees and stakeholders to advance its HSSE ideals.

Integration of Processes:

The management ensures that programs are in place to identify the hazards and aspects of plant operation and to fully support the implementation of control measures to eliminate or minimize impacts to people and the environment. Moreover, FDC Misamis implements measures for protection of lives and company properties, waste minimization and pollution prevention aligned with the concept of sustainability.

The management creates measurable HSSE objectives and monitor key results. It displays full commitment and leadership by allocating resources to implement and improve the HSSE Management System.
