JOB SUMMARY

• *Provide technical advisory, study, and other technical services during the project development stage;
• *Prepare specifications and provide comments on the technologies offered by vendors/contractors;
• *Review the design, plans, and drawings and provide comments for revisions;
• *Conduct random inspection and testing (or witness testing/commissioning) to ensure the workmanship of vendors and contractors;
• *Provide technical services support to plant management such as redesign and reconfiguration study of plant systems for higher plant reliability and efficiency.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• *The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and be a licensed engineer;
• *Has 3 to 5 years of experience in the power and energy industry (project management, operations, and maintenance);
• *Able to operate various software and equipment proprietary to several vendors;
• *Familiar with IEC, ANSI, IEEE, NEMA, NFPA, and ISO standards;
• *Able to perform basic design and equipment tests;
• *Able to prepare and review DIS, SIS, and facility design;
• *Highly trustworthy, with a sense of strong discipline and integrity;
• *Has leadership and management skills;
• *How knowledge in documenting and recording;
• *Customer service oriented for both internal and external customers;
• *Capable of communicating to all levels in the organization and able to express ideas clearly;
• *With good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Corel, etc.);
• *Has an understanding and awareness of Environment, Health, and Safety rules and regulations.
