Education for Empowerment - Educational Assistance
Andrew L. Gotianun Sr. Center for Integrated Technologies (ALGCIT)
The ALGCIT- Senior High School is an endowment from the Andrew L Gotianun Foundation for a two-year residential Tech-Voc Senior High School to competent yet financially disadvantaged youth.
The program features quality instruction and learning environment, intensive Jesuit formation, and an extended academic, community, and on-the-job experience. Full tuition, matriculation, medical tests, and other school fees are all covered by this scholarship.
ALGCIT scholars are housed in modern and safe dormitories and hold their classes in a state-of-the-art building inside the Manresa complex. However, due to the pandemic, they implemented an online learning mode.
The three Advanced ALGCIT Tech-Voc Electives are the following:
- Machining Technology for Automotive & Mechanical Fabrication
- Instrumentation Technology for Computer & Electronics
- Mechatronics Technology for Energy & Power System
From the previous graduates, based on the tracking of XU-CIT, their data showed that:
A total of 143 students graduated in May of this year. For the academic year 2021-2022, we assist applicants for the ALGCIT scholarship by providing access to information and transmitting their application documents to Xavier University.
