Environmental Stewardship
Project EMBRACE (Educating Mankind, Building Resilience by Advancing Awareness and Care for the Environment)
Project EMBRACE is a continuing program of FDC Misamis employees on environmental rehabilitation through regular cleanup drives and dredging activities. In the first half of 2021, the employees and stakeholders from Puroks 11-13 of Barangay Sta. Cruz in Villanueva carried out two activities.
Provision of Trash Bins
As support to LGU Tagoloan’s Sustainable Sanitation and Water Management Program, the company provided segregation bins to three zones of its host barangay of Sta. Cruz on May 12.
Environmental Month Celebration
Employees and community stakeholders came together for the Pugaan creek cleanup conducted on June 25 in line with the commemoration of the Environment Month celebration 2021. It was participated by around 50 individuals who observed minimum health standards.
